She has led recruitment for over 30 years, and in that time served variously as a search consultant, a corporate talent acquisition leader and a program director in higher education. She has managed all sides of the hiring process, and brings a deep well of expertise and contacts.
Much of Shelly’s professional experience has been in support of the sports and outdoor industry where she has worked with senior leadership nationally and internationally to form partnerships, identify talent needs, create recruitment strategies, and negotiate hiring agreements at every level from individual contributor to general management.
